Wouldn't it be funny if Obama forced the states whose GOP governors refuse $$ to take it?

and not only that but hauled the GOP governors who are clearly trying to block the american economy from recovering from the disastrous and failed policies of Bush and Reagan (and yes Clinton is to blame too for NAFTA) off to jail for treason?
