What do you think of this "Let's talk about women's liberation" home appliance advertisement from 1971?

They certainly helped get the housework done faster, but in an age when women were encouraged to do little BUT housework, it led them to a different kind of oppression: hours and hours of boredom. Read chapter 10 of The Feminine Mystique for more on this.
