Why are there so many jerks in Ratchet & Clank Online?

I'm talking about Up Your Arsenal and Deadlocked online. I can't get into any matches because everybody keeps kicking me. When I make a game, nobody joins. Everybody is doing glitches all the time and are making repetitive matches. I don't have any buddies to play with. What do I do? I can't get into any matches because it's always "kik fred" all the time. Plus in UYA, what does it mean when people keep saying "G G G G". They keep saying "G". UYA is one of my favorite games and the online play makes me mad. Deadlocked is even harder to get into a match. They always say in the little chat bar that they will kick me.
