What is better? Paintshop or?

Paintshop or Photoshop ? I've used Photoshop CS2 before, but after i got my computer got upgraded, it got deleted and i can't put it back on because i didn't buy the cd for it. It was easy to use and i was still learning but i heard about paintshop. When i see animations and pictures using paintshop i wonder if its good or not and is it expensive?? Is paintshop or photoshop better? Which one costs more?
