Aiight, how does this sound ?

i dont know how Royce can call this a fad diet. it seems to me that you are describing a healthy life style. the only suggestion i have is that if the exercise is a drastic change from your usual activity level, then workup to it gradually. as for the time element; what's the hurry if you are consistent and find a life style change that you can stay with. best of luck.
