Do the research, find out the whole truth and then ask who should be sued. Not Fox or the many media outlets that ran the video the day after she was fired but perhaps the NAACP first, then the USDA for wrongful dismissal because by Vilsak's admission, he did not bother with the truth, just the sound bites. Vilsak should lose his job at the USDA at the very least as this was nothing more than a knee jerk reaction to a few words from a whole speech relating something that happened 24 years ago. Reasonable people - of all skin tones - can see that.
