When approaching a Helicopter should you slouch or bend down a little?

When you approach a helicopter should you slouch or duck a little to avoid the main rotor blades possibly hitting you in the head. Or is this not necessary and just something some people do and others don't? And is there that slim possibility that the main rotor could hit your head, or are the blades high enough that this is not possible?
