How do you take your pic and put it as your picture that people can see?

I asked this because alot of people have been asking to see my dragon birthmark on my arm. I need answers!! I want to show my dragon birthmark. It is red. Pretty cool. So plz tell me how to put it on as the picture everyone can see when I ask or answer a question!
