Trout fishing in Lake stevens.?

I have trolled with a canoe and it is actually very effective. You can use a rooster tail or a mepps spinner behind a swivel and you only have to go fast enough to make the blade spin. Or you can drift fish using cast and retrieve. Or find a shallower spot near shore and do a little bait fishing. Besides trout there are Kokanee salmon in Lake Stevens but they are going to be pretty deep this time of year.
