Lady hit my car and won't give me insurance information help?

She hit my parked car and lives down the street. My whole door is smashed in. She left a note on my windshield saying she did it and her phone number. My husband went out to car and talked to her and she wanted to pay out of pocket and was acting like she didn't want insurance companies to get involved. I told my husband we need to get her insurance info so I called and she got all mad when I told her the estimate I got and shel told me she could pay for my deductible. Luckily I have uninsured motorist insurance property damage but I don't know what the deductible is. Will she get in trouble if I report this to my insurance company cause I tried and she won't give her freakin info sorry going crazy here!
