Yamaha V-Star Clic 650 vs Honda Shadow Aero 750?

Ok so im looking to buy my firsdt bike and i have come across these two as contenders. Im 6'2" 200lb and i want a bike that has power but not so much that im not going to be able to handle it. I have read that the V-star is an awsome value with all the features of a big bike with little bike cost, and little bike engine? Then the Aero, kinda pathtic power for a 750cc but shaft drivin and reliable, with good looks to boot. Would a 650cc be enough? or would a 750 be able to scoot my around better? im going to be doing highway but speeds around me are only in the 60mph range? WHICH ONE IS A BETTER FIT? HELP AND THANK YOU!
