Why Do People Remain Members of a Religion They Don't Fully Believe In?

For example, a person is officially a Lutheran, but only thinks that Jesus was a 'good person' and doesn't believe in the 'three solas'. Why do they keep going to their church? Habit? Apathy? A Sense of Community? Why?
