I just failed my California smog test and would like a little info before I go to an unknown mechanic.?

I have a 91 Toyota Corolla, 110,000 mi. On the test sheet my NO (PPM) was a 905. with a max of 754. Two years ago it was 325. My HC (PPM) went up also, but I ped that. Any ideas on what needs repairing?
