Help with recycling please!!!!!?

Tires are hazardous waste, but in CA you pay a deposit on them so at least they should be free to drop off. If there is still enough tread on them to be safe, then you can offer them on craig's list for money. You can go to www.earth911.com to find local recycle centers.
