Going out tomorrow, and i have a pimple?

Ok i have this BIG pimple on my nose, [its MORE of a blackhead] but it WONT GO AWAY! I use my acne facewash 3 times a day [ur supposed to] and ITS NOT BUDGING! Its like the "Invincible Pimple" anyways, im going out tomorrow and i really wanna get rid of it! Any overnight tricks to get rid of this annoying pimple?
