Dump or date?

there is this uy (P) we'll call his name. and I met him @ camp and I thought that he was cute. then he asked me if i wanted his e-addy and I daid sure and We started e-mailin each other and so then we got to know each other and then he asked me out- so this was in hawaii when all this happened- and I started feeling wierd like maybe he is not the one and so I dumped him. he has not really been e-mailing me back so I am starting to get angry @ him- but I realize that maybe I should give him another chance-should I? maybe I should meet him in person before I say no? pleez help.
